Fine Jewelry Free Expedited Shipping

Enjoy complimentary expedited shipping on all fine jewelry. No code required. Fine jewelry order value does not apply to other shipping offers. Please note that all fine jewelry orders placed Friday and Saturday will ship the following Monday. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery. Free shipping only applies to single address shipments within the continental United States. Fine jewelry cannot be shipped internationally.

Standard Delivery

In-stock items (except jewelry and items that ship directly from our vendor) ship by ground within 2 business days of placing your order, and usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Some oversized items ship directly from our vendors and usually arrive within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holiday’s will be processed the next business day. Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.

1-2 Day Rush Delivery

Orders for in-stock items placed by 10 am Pacific Time can be shipped via FedEx to arrive on the next business day for an additional $25 per address, or to arrive within 2 business days for an additional $15 per address; a street address is required. Please add another business day for orders placed after 10 am Pacific Time. Rush Delivery is not available for personalized items, and some oversized or heavy items. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or observed Holiday’s will be processed the next business day. A signature is required on all FedEx Rush shipments as well as any order over $500.

In-Home Delivery Service

This option applies to most furniture and oversized items. Items marked In-Home Delivery are delivered over the threshold of the home.

Furniture and Oversized Item Delivery

Most furniture and oversized items ship via our In Home Service that includes delivery over the threshold of the home. If White Glove Service included appears in the description of the item, we offer additional services that include unpacking, initial room placement and removal of packing materials. Please be sure to thoroughly inspect furniture before signing for delivery, report any concerns directly on the delivery form and contact Gump’s customer service at 1-800-766-7628. In stock furniture items usually require 2-3 weeks for a delivery. Some oversized items ship directly from our vendors and require 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some oversized items and items that ship directly from the manufacturer cannot be shipped internationally.

Delivery and Handling Charges

Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout. For non-jewelry orders, see table below for charges; for jewelry purchases, the delivery and handling charge is $18 per item, which includes insured shipping via Federal Express. The jewelry shipping charge for each additional delivery address is $6. Orders consisting of multiple items may not ship at the same time; delivery and handling charges will be charged on a pro-rated basis if multiple shipments occur.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, additional shipping surcharges may apply.

Freight Surcharges

Heavy or oversized items are subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges in the chart shown above. The freight surcharge will be displayed on the product information page online or in parentheses, after the item price in our catalog.

Delivery and Handling Charge Exceptions

Some of the handcrafted and One of a Kind Artist Gallery items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges noted above. Exceptions are noted on the product page, and the charge will be displayed when the item is added to your shopping bag.

Duty and Tax

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Gump’s cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government.
