For items purchased on on or after September 10th, 2018, no returns will be accepted. All sales are Final.

For items purchased on on or prior to August 9, 2018, returns will be accepted for a period of 30 days in accordance with the company’s return policy in effect when you purchased your items.

For items purchased on on or after August 10, 2018, returns will only be accepted if returned to us within 21 days of your purchase. All other terms and conditions of the company’s return policy remain in full force and effect.

Please insure and ship your return merchandise with the information requested on the back of your packing slip (including your name, address and zip code) to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our warehouse.

Returns Instructions
1. List the item(s) being returned on the back of your packing slip along with the reason for the return.
2. In the last column of your packing slip, please indicate if you would like to exchange the item(s) or if you prefer a credit.
3. Include the packing slip with the returned item(s).
4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return.
